Ingredients
- Raw 8 chicken tenders
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of water
- Canola or spray
- For your dredge coating:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- The coating ingreadients in a bowl.
- In another bowl for dredging, put water and egg and whisk to blend.
- Dip chicken tenders to the egg and then to the dredge mix.
- Place the tenders to the fry basket.
- Set the Fry Basket.
- Spray a coating of canola oil of cooking spray on the panko.
- Press the button.
- Adjust time.
- Halfway through cooking, then reverse the tenders over.
